How do I take Mineral Magic?
As a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules daily with food, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Vitamins A, D3, and K2 are all fat-soluble vitamins and are best absorbed when taken with food that contains fat – like olive oil, avocado, nuts, or cheese for example!
If you take Zinc in any other products, it is best to space this product 2-3 hours apart to ensure proper absorption of Copper in Mineral Magic.
If you take Iron in any other products, it is best to space this product 2-3 hours apart to ensure proper absorption of Calcium and Magnesium in Mineral Magic.

Is Mineral Magic allergen free?
Mineral Magic is vegetarian friendly and non-GMO. It is allergen free of milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustaceans, shellfish, wheat, soy, and sesame. It is not vegan friendly due to Vitamin D3 being derived from lanolin.
